6:00pm – After checking in at reception, float your stresses away with our unique Dry Floatation Therapy experience 30min. Relax within a frankincense infused room, rebalance, restore and de-stress the day away. (without getting wet)

6:45pm – The perfect time for a little re-charge nap in our Sensory Relaxation experience room. Not a napper? Hang out with your favorite book and recline on our comfy relaxation beds. This unique treatment is the perfect way to combat Seasonal Affective Disorder and to top up Vitamin D Levels via gentle UV rays. A natural mood booster.
