This gradual shift helps regulate circadian rhythm, supporting improved mood, focus, and energy levels without direct sun exposure. Reclined in a quiet, private space, the body is given time to slow down and reset.
Each session includes 25 minutes of uninterrupted light exposure, allowing the body to fully respond to the treatment.
