Color Box Luxury Nail Studio and Wellness is a woman-owned, boutique business, committed to providing luxury services in an environmentally sensitive and responsible manner. Clean Beauty, uncompromising service is our mantra. We specialize in the use of premium, non-toxic, vegan products and organic, wild-crafted plant extract essential oils, hand-selected from Europe and the United States and chosen for their therapeutic benefits. We take it a step further by sterilizing our tools and implements in hospital grade autoclaves and have opted to have waterless nail treaments to eliminate water-borne bacteria. These procedures provide our guests with the knowledge and confidence of our health, safety and hygiene standards at Color Box. Color Box Wellness is a holistic wellness space designed to recharge, restore and nourish body, mind and spirit. Inspired by the natural surroundings of Michigan we have brought nature into an urban setting creating a sanctuary of calm in the heart of the city.
Wellness
Our newly extended Color Box Wellness will offer a holistic wellness space situated within the City of Birmingham. The selection of carefully curated treatments, mind and therapy healing, in addition to state of the art facilities are devoted to relaxing, restoring and nurturing your well-being in a gentle holistic way. The extensive treatment menu offers a fusion of ancient healing traditions, working both physically on the body as well as calming the mind to harmonise your emotional and mental well-being too. Our team of experts will guide you and help you to achieve harmony, health and happiness in body, mind and spirit. Our new wellness treatments include Michigans first Light Therapy Relaxation room and the treatment rooms all hosting a Dry Float Therapy bed which are accessible to guests receiving treatments at the spa or booked as individual floatation treatments.
Dr O'Neill
Dr. Nicole O’Neill is like no other physician. She stands alone in her intelligence, beauty, kindness, and skill. When you meet her, you will see why she is sometimes named “the doctor that cares.” You will immediately feel like family when you become a patient of hers and build a personal relationship that is strong and confidential. Dr. Nicole is a true artist and highly experienced. She worked as Chief Resident at St. Joe’s, then seven years at Chelsea Medicine in family practice and aesthetics before opening her private hybrid practice (Med1, Aesthetics & Lifestyle Medicine) in 2015. She holds numerous certifications in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and other procedures. A native of Michigan, Dr. Nicole O’Neill (formerly Dr. Tromble) pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, Pre-Medicine, double minor in chemistry and psychology at the University of Michigan. Dr. O’Neill’s Medical Doctorate was earned at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Post-graduate training and residency training was performed at St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor. After completing one year of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology Dr. O’Neill made a decision to pursue a profession with greater breadth in Internal Medicine with a focus on Women’s Health. While she arrived at a medicine-based career, she considers herself a Proceduralist. Although passionate about office and OR procedures a difficult decision was made to forego the surgical aspect of OB/GYN. Dr. O’Neill's medical affiliations include the American College of Physicians; the American Medical Association; the National Association of Menopause Society, as well as ASLMS. Dr. O’Neill is a Certified Expert in cosmetic injectables and many aesthetic treatments including HydraFacial, PRP, Microneedling, and PlasmaPen.
